We are a team of five, based in Leipzig, Germany. Going by the name of Splinter Cell, our intent is to seriously nurture, support and build underground music.
With our events, we aim to create a space where all people can feel comfortable - preferably free from societal conventions, stigmatization, and all forms of discrimination. In order to approach the ideal of such a space, we collaborate with an awareness team at each of our events. It is our responsibility to locate ourselves in society, reflect on our position, and acknowledge associated privileges. Likewise, we call upon our guests to do the same - we do not tolerate sexism, racism, anti-semitism, anti-muslimism, queerphobia, or any other forms of discrimination.
We want to emphasize that anyone can approach us if they experience boundary-crossing situations at our events. We treat such feedback with the highest priority and will do our best to address the situation in favor of the affected person. This also applies to criticism of our work or collaborations as a label. To encourage such feedback, a quick, uncomplicated, and anonymous feedback form is available to everyone on our website.
We cannot claim completeness in our concept, as we are in a continuous learning process and aim to evolve constructively.
